Review/Notes: We popped the top off of this one after a few Dark n’ Stormies. They might not have been the best precursor but that’s how we roll.

To me this is a fairly typical Blanc de Blancs-style wine. It’s not quite as crisp as a Brut but it smells nice out of the bottle and is tight in the glass. It’s a bit full on the palate and sort of nondescriptly fruity (kinda like a pear-citrus party) but not like overwhelmingly fruity or sweet. It’s a great value!
