Review/Notes: We had this one with some pizza on a Friday night waiting for the Olympics Opening Ceremony. It was a little chalky and edgy first out of the bottle and it continued to have this quality when it was consumed in close proximity to the tomato sauce on the pizza. It did open up nicely in the glass though and wasn’t too shabby after the pizza was gone.
