Review/Notes: We uncorked this bad boy on a Thursday night towards the end of a long week. This one was a little acidic and a wee bit chalky. It paired pretty well with some homemade chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes with onion gravy, and Lima beans. It is a bit fruity with some definite hints of berry. I took a whiff of the bottle and could really pick up the blueberry that way. I am enjoying it because it’s wine. I’ve been enjoying the various blends we’ve tried lately, never quite sure what to expect.
