Winery: Ulrich Langguth
Composition: 100% Riesling
Date Purchased: 9/25/2015
Location Purchased: Total Wine
Date Consumed: 8/22/2016
Review/Notes: We had this one as a sort of postlude to dessert ice cream. I wasn’t really sure what to expect given its composition but was really pleased that it was very refreshingly dry. It had some hints of citrus and was nice and crisp. I would drink this one again.

Review/Notes: This one was opened after eating some tacos, dessert if you will. It feels very full on the palate, not extremely dry. It’s kind of a nice change, very crisp.
Winery: Loosen Brothers Varietal: Riesling
Date Purchased: 12/8/2015
Location Purchased: MPI North Florida Holiday Social
Date Consumed: 3/14/2016
Review/Notes: This is the first Riesling for one of us and I think she is enjoying it so far. There are two more bottles from other wineries in the fridge so we can have a little compare and contrast, what’s not to like?
This one is typical, a bit sweet but not too much. Light and sort of crisp. I think I’m tasting a bit of apple in there somewhere. It’s not too syrupy, it could be a bit more dry and I would be ok with it but that’s just my preference. I would pick up another one of these in the future.
